At Graybellion, every order is made especially for you. Because our products are custom printed, production begins shortly after your order is placed.
Processing Time
Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be produced before it ships. During holidays or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Times
Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:
U.S. Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
U.S. Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout (where offered)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or seasonal demand.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages. Don't worry—they're all on their way.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Graybellion is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at rebel@graybellion.com. We'll do our best to help if your order has not yet entered production.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at rebel@graybellion.com. Include your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damaged item so we can work with you to resolve the issue.
