Looking for inspritation? Here it is!

My Instagram feed is intentionally filled with people and influencers (mostly women) of all kinds who feel authentic and exceptional in later life—fitness, entrepreneurship, family, cooking, you name it. I have two criteria for who I follow on social media: they need to inspire me, and they need to be at least 55 years old. Because if you’re 55+ and doing fun and amazing things, you’re already my hero and my inspiration.

If you, too, are looking for inspiration to help you move toward a more spirited, Graybellous life—and you think it’s too late to start something new—please check out this 81-year-old goddess of strength.

Beyond the inspirational women who make me rethink two hours on the couch with a third cup of coffee—and occasionally convince me to get to the gym or at least outside—I have a soft spot for influencers with a sense of humor. Pinkynel is my favorite stop for a laugh after a little too much doom scrolling before bed.

Listen to her take on body deoderant 😂

And if you don’t already follow @justbeingmelani, you are missing out on all the things menopausal women absolutely do not care about.

It’s the yellow marker, that make me laugh every time!

Proof that it’s never too late to live boldly, laugh loudly, and try something new. Now I want to know—who’s lighting up your feed? Drop your favorite influencers in the comments so we can all keep building a more Graybellous scroll.
